What we collect: name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation when you order; browsing analytics (pages viewed, device type) via cookies; email address if you subscribe to our list.

How we use it: to fulfill and deliver orders, send order updates, provide support, improve the store, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click.

Payments: processed by Shopify Payments / PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

Sharing: only with services required to run the store (payment processing, shipping carriers, email provider, analytics). We never sell your personal data.

Your rights: request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data anytime at support@silkyn.co. EU/UK customers have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.

Cookies: used for cart functionality, analytics, and ad measurement. You can disable them in your browser; the cart requires them to work.
