The short version

30-day no-questions returns on unopened items, plus our 90-Day Smooth Skin Guarantee on the Silkyn handset — if you use it consistently for 90 days and don't see reduced regrowth, return it for a full refund, even used.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@silkyn.co with your order number.
  2. We reply within 24 hours with your return address and instructions. (Please don't ship without contacting us first — unauthorized returns can't be matched to orders.)
  3. Once your return is scanned by the carrier, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Details

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover everything and prioritize a replacement.
  • Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately, no return needed in most cases.
  • The Soothe Gel is non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
  • Guarantee refunds require the 90-day usage window (we may ask for your treatment calendar — consistency is what makes IPL work).
