Every order ships free with full tracking — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

  • Processing: orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).
  • Delivery: typically 6–12 business days depending on your region — US/CA/UK/EU/AU usually 6–9 days; rest of world up to 12–15.
  • Tracking: emailed to you at dispatch. Allow 2–3 days for first carrier scan.

  • Address changes: possible within 12 hours of ordering — email support@silkyn.co immediately.
  • Customs & duties: most orders arrive without charges; where import fees apply they are the recipient's responsibility. The handset's universal 100–240V adapter works in every country.
  • Lost parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us — we reship or refund, your choice.
